Near Johannesburg lies one of the largest townships in South Africa, Soweto. I have been there many times. The atmosphere has always been friendly, and the people hospitable.
You wouldn't think this, if you had been through all the suffering they have had to experience while living under Apartheid. The ones that suffer the most are of course the children.
