Client issues included:
National Insurance, Education System, Public
Housing, Educational Enrichment Courses, School
Supplies, Legal Issues Aid, Rights Infringement
(Police), and Financial Aid.
IAEJ attorney Moshe Semo
spoke at length with all client callers, took
an appropriate initial course of action, and
conducted follow up when necessary.
Some calls were dealt with on the spot through
the provision of information as to the correct
party to contact for resolution.
In other cases Moshe helped clients contact
the proper authorities via phone calls, letters,
and meetings.
When solutions to client's problems were outside
the realm of IAEJ activities, Moshe referred
clients to more appropriate social justice organizations.
